Hey Ya'll,
So i am headed out to Music in the Vines for its fabulous third Thursday i am really excited to hear Syrius Jones again! For those of you who don't know Music in the Vines it is a great and relaxing way to spend your Thursday. It's only $12 per person which includes entertainment and delicious hors d'oeuvers. Yummy Melrose Vineyards wine and also beer is available for purchase. Thanks to Melrose Vineyards, Oregon Pacific Bank and our family of radio stations we are able to put this event on at Melrose Vineyards. There are only two Thursdays left with INOKE playing on 9/9 and The Other Brothers playing 9/16.

Also I am totally looking forwar to the Boyz II Men concert at Chinook Winds Casino this weekend. Check back for my new blog next Monday. I will be reviewing my experience and posting photos from the event.

Post Concert & The Busy Promo Chic

As you know if you read my last blog entry which was far to long ago I was headed to see Adam Lambert in concert at the Wonderball Room and Tobey Keith, Trace Adkins & James Ottoat the Sleep Country Amphitheater. Over all not what i had expected! Not because these artists did not hold up there end of the bargain but because dip promo chic here forgot her camera in the car at the Adam Lambert concert which happened to be a no re-entry concert, Great!!!! But really the only other thing i wanted (besides the camera) was to get up close to see that man's pretty face and amazing voice. Just for a split second i would have been happy for the rest of the week. Unfortunaltey for me the american idol grandma's you know watched him all season through were meaner than a dang snake! There was no inching by anyone heck they were throwing elbows. Not cool Grandma's!!! Over all i think that was the biggest range of different people in one place i have ever seen. Grandma's, 50 year old women, little teenage girls wishing Adam was heterosexual and other boys that are just happy with the way he is.... Anyhow still frustrated i have no pictures!

Moving on now...

So James Otto comes out first and only plays 4 amazing songs!? What the heck they should have let him sing more i think! Then, Trace Adkins makes his wonderful entrance as you will see below. I get to hear him sing one song and in the second song this stupid thing they call a head that sit's on top of my shoulders get's a freaking migraine! Really??? Come on give me a break!!! So the loving Hubby walks me to the car so i can lay and puke in my own painful misery and i send him back in so at least one of us can enjoy the concert! I only requested one thing of him though! Just one little tiny thing..... Get a ton of pictures please. Not to much of a request i think. Oh no the next day i look through the camera only to find a few blury or crooked pic's and some lame video clips. Next time i bring excedrin Migraine medicine and thick sunglasses to block the light! Unfortunatley i do not have the array of photos i would have liked to share but here's what i got.
